Well we completed what we set out to do , pack up our haven and be ready for the removalist at 7.00am Saturday 17th and reopen the new shop on Tuesday 20th January.
It all went like clockwork but there were a few stages on Monday where we thought how on earth we were going to get the shop ready to reopen.
But in true Melia and Mary style we did it yey..............
The carpet is nearly worn out already with the amount of traffic we have had in, and the standard comment from our new customers seems to be at last just what Gisborne needed, and we are only too happy to oblige by moving our established business from Mt Macedon to fill a hole in the market in Gisborne.
Its also nice to receive the support from our established customers so all in all its good.
Our sale will continue until Sunday 1 February (market day) and then we will once again rehash the fabric and move more of it on as we have stockpiles of new fabric waiting in the wings.
So heres cheers to you all from a very happy and satisfied new location....
