look at what a public holiday does.................

Its amazing how much you get done when you can look forward to a public holiday , ignore the washing ,ironing, house cleaning, eating and the husband.
So l was lucky enough to get the bindings on the quilts that had been sitting waiting for attention.
The one above is just a little new baby quilt using some alphabet panels that we had and a mix of different brights from an American Jane collection and of course the standard orange..........mmm no brown in it must do that next time...............
Our new Block of the Month " Down in the Garden" also received some finishing touches it will be available shortly for purchase...........
Look at Kerries beautiful quilting (Black Forest Quilting) this little small picture doesnt do it justice........
And another new Block of the Month Jane Austen Bonnets ,l absolutely loved making this quilt, it was the first time l used the Cottage Garden threads and they were beautiful to work with, and we now have the full range at the shop.
This Block of the Month will also be available shortly..........
