Thursday bits

Hiding under table was Pippi, another member of the drapers family I wonder where she will find a home.
Nearly every day customers bring in quilts that we have seen in various stages of construction, this one of the little dress quilt is no exception, I just loved it is such a simple quilt but the detail and choice of colour is just great, so I thought you should see it.
At the same time Roz had just shown me her crazy quilt that she had made for her granddaughter s 18 th in 2005. The detail was just incredible and these two photos do not do it justice.
Next came the boxes......
To add to our crowded shelves, this collection is Colonial Christmas, it has the most amazing greens and reds. The only thing Christmassy about it is the colour, no holly leaves on this one.
